Stand up tall and have the dumbbells in your hands touching the front of your shoulder. Your palms should be facing each other, from there you should slowly press the dumbbells straight up overhead and give a 1 second pause at the top.

Start with the lightest theraband you can find and stand up tall with your chest up and your palms facing the ground while you hold the band in your hands with arms extended. From that position you should keep your arms extended and begin to “rip” that band apart and have it touch your chest
