Start seated up tall with your chest up and shoulder blades tucked down. Maintain that posture as you slowly press the handles straight forward until your arms are locked out.
TRX Push-up
Start on your toes with your arms straight holding on to the TRX
handles. Keep your body straight and tuck your shoulder blades down as you lower yourself down as far as you comfortably can, from there you should push yourself back up to the starting position and repeat.
