How Does Online Training Work?

Online training with me is designed to be flexible and personalized to fit your lifestyle and goals. After signing up, we’ll have an initial consultation where I’ll learn more about your health, fitness level, and specific goals. From there, I will create a tailored program that includes exercise routines, instructional videos, and ongoing support. You’ll have access to the program through a mobile app or online platform, where you can track your progress, ask questions, and communicate with me directly. I’ll monitor your progress regularly and make adjustments to ensure you continue moving towards your goals. Whether you prefer a few workouts a week or more frequent check-ins, online training allows for a truly customized experience with the flexibility to work at your own pace.

What if I have an injury?

If you’re dealing with an injury, your safety and well-being are my top priority. During our initial consultation, we’ll discuss your injury in detail and create a program that avoids movements that could aggravate the injury while still allowing you to improve strength, mobility, and fitness. I will provide modifications, alternative exercises, and closely monitor your progress to ensure you’re moving in the right direction. If you ever experience discomfort during a workout, we’ll make adjustments immediately. Always consult with a healthcare provider or physical therapist before starting any new exercise program, and I’ll work alongside them to ensure you stay safe and on track.

Do I need a gym membership?

No, you do not need a gym membership to get started with online training! Many of my clients successfully train using just their body weight or minimal equipment like dumbbells, resistance bands, or kettlebells. If you have access to a gym, that’s great, but I will provide exercise alternatives for any situation. I believe that effective training doesn’t require a fancy gym—just consistency, the right approach, and a plan that works for your environment.

What is your cancellation policy?

I understand that life can get busy, and sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

What if this is new to me / What if I’m afraid to start

It’s completely normal to feel nervous or unsure about starting a fitness journey, especially if it’s something new for you. Many of my clients felt the same way at first, and that’s why I’m here to guide you every step of the way. We’ll start at a pace that works for you, and I’ll ensure that the exercises are manageable and designed to meet your current fitness level. There’s no pressure to be perfect—just a commitment to progress, no matter how small. I’ll be here to answer any questions, provide motivation, and support you as you get stronger, move better, and gain confidence.
